Delete your RoadWake account and data
This page applies to the RoadWake Android app, published by Taron & Levi Company.
No sign-in is required to read these instructions or email a deletion request.
Delete inside RoadWake
- Open RoadWake and sign in.
- Open Settings, then RoadWake account.
- Select Delete RoadWake account.
- Review the deletion notice and confirm.
RoadWake ends an active drive, deletes the online RoadWake account and synchronized account records, removes device-owned RoadWake records from that device, signs out, and returns to the welcome screen.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] from the Google email used for RoadWake. Use the subject RoadWake account deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Email a deletion requestData deleted
- RoadWake account profile, linked device records, pairing state, and active sessions.
- Cloud drive-state records and synchronized mileage, expense, maintenance, and delivery records associated with the account.
- Consented diagnostic bundles associated with the account, subject to the retention limits below.
Limited retention
Limited billing, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or legal records may be retained where required. Raw opt-in diagnostic bundles are scheduled for deletion within 14 days and sanitized aggregate diagnostic records within 90 days. Google Play purchase records remain subject to Google Play's retention rules.
