Delete your EverAfter account

You can permanently request deletion either inside the Android app or by email.

Fastest: delete inside the app

1. Open EverAfter and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account & local data.
4. Read the warning and confirm deletion.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@taronlevicompany.com from the Google email address used for EverAfter. Use the subject EverAfter account deletion request. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request.

What is deleted

Your profile identity, sessions, premium access, private-vault data, and personal account records are deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Wedding workspaces owned by your account, their guest data, RSVP links, and Concierge state are permanently deleted. The local app database is erased when deletion is completed in the app.

What may be kept

Billing, purchase-reconciliation, fraud-prevention, and signed-contract evidence is retained for 24 months, then permanently deleted. A wedding owned by somebody else may remain for its other authorized members; your membership is removed.

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are normally completed within 30 days after identity verification.
